Check-in times are from 15:00 to 00:00 (if possible, please let us know in advance your estimated time of arrival)

We provide free parking for our customers but, unfortunately, spaces are limited. To reserve a parking space with your booking, please head over to our bookings page.

Please be aware that Cromer House and its management accept no liability for loss and/or damage caused to any vehicle and its contents in our car park.

Cancellations made 72 hours before the date of reservation are free. Cancellations within this time period will be charged 50% of the booking fee.

Due to the age of the building, we kindly ask our guests to follow a quiet period from 22:00-7:00. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Please note that we do not allow parties or gatherings at the property.

As the minimum age for booking and check-in is 18, we kindly ask our guests to provide us with ID when making a reservation. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Cromer House.

For the safety of our guests, smoking is strictly forbidden within the property. We ask our guests to smoke in outdoor areas of the property.

We may ask for a security deposit depending on your booking, someone will contact you if that is the case.
